Another great entry!

I have seen all of the "Bitey of Brackenwood" movies and they are all so great, your history in animation really shows! I like how you have turned a series that generally has shown the (mis)adventures of a mischievious creature known as Bitey and have now come thru with a backstory for him...I cant wait for more!

Funny, but...

WAY TOO SHORT!! I like the jokes and all, but besides being too short, your subtitles went by a little too quickly for me.(Trying to watch the movie AND read the subtitles is harder because of this) There is enough here to warrant keeping on the site, but I would suggest making your movies longer for the next one!

Darkar responds:

Actually I make longer movies, but the main escence of this series is the shortness of the episodes. It's some kind of speed animation to bring fast stuff for the fans of my work. :)

Thank you for your review and sorry for the subtitles..... :S

(I also think they're pretty fast)

This was a very enjoyable movie!

I am so glad to see that you finished this....this was great! From the great animation to the 'homebrew' sound effects, this movie is why Newgrounds exists. Thanks for submiting this and I loof foward to more of your work!

I look foward to more story!

I like this story that you have come up with, but, I do have some gripes...it takes to long to get from point A to point B, an example would be the very begining, that could of been a few moments less, I know you were setting up the story, but I think it took a little too long. My other critique is that you use too many transitions and the parts that they are used, there isnt any real plot movement, so, in a way, they are kinda pointless. When these parts do happen, try to at least do something, an example is when the professor calls out to Mario and 'end scene', we transtition to another scene having no idea why the professor called out to Mario, it's just kinda 'there'. I say these things because you spoke about having to submit short flashes. This is fine, but I think you can get more out of everything if you edit and cut somethings or at least, make it so there is more plot devolpment so that if it has to be short, it will really have us wanting more. As it is, I do want to see more, but it's because there was one real good piece of story and a side story...and we had to weave thru a lot of extra stuff to get to it. Please dont take this is anything more than critique and take it as nothing more than, in my opinion, will help you make a better flash. If you look thru my reviews, you will see that I speak at length only when I really hope something will be great!!

Ok thanks Don't worry though I understand what your trying to say. ^_^

This was great!

I cant say I have ever seen this before, but I acknowledge that this is some awesome animation! the concept, a redneck in Hell/purgatory is hilarious! My only gripe...at the end, the last bit of conversation gets set into a loop, maybe a program error? It was kinda annoying, but it was the end, so, no big whoop. Great job overall, I look foward to your next installment!

I have seen better, but this has potential!

I want to say that these weren't the funniest things I have seen, but a few did make me chuckle and your easter eggs weren't hidden all that well if you know where to look. Another thing, if you are going to hide easter eggs, please dont rehash them. When I found the second one, only one new spoof played and it went right into the first one. There wasnt even a change up of how they were presented, it was the exact same one...that's lame. Those are my bad critques. The good ones: Great music, it didnt seem to loop or skip(always good) animation was good too and your overall concept is funny but I don't need a laugh reel everytime especially when the spoof wasn't all that funny.(comical, but not HAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHA funny). I can't knock a great effort, so you get points for that too. I suppose I'm being so critical because, like I said, this has potential and I hope you make another one and take this into consideration as well as whatever anyone has to say. Good luck!

This isnt bad, I liked it!

I liked this for many reasons, this obviously was a lot of work considering that you used to do stick figure animations. I liked the overall action you had going, but the rhino...beating on superman....cmon, there are better vilians out there in the rouge gallery that would of been better, but oh well. I also like when you made it seem like the movie was over, but wasnt...that was cool too. I hope you keep going on this and improve your art skill!

sleeeeep responds:

Haha i knew people would not like the rhino... or even know him but the rhino is one of my favoritest characters for some reason that i dont even know... i just like the rhino.

That wasnt too bad

I liked this, but I thought the audio was off a bit, and there were some sluggigh moments(maybe not drag out the begining), but otherwise, this was good! (Still trying to understand why you drew a sexy pose pic of the witch, but whatever, it's your flash, more power to you), keep it up, you can draw well and I liked the overall story you conveyed.

That was so damn funny!

I really liked your animation, it had some flubs, but since this is first one, I can def forgive it. I loved that conversation, that was hilarious, I never seen that/heard that before from Seth, but I now need to, I hope he animated that, cause I think it would be great. Nice job overall, keep at it and you'll get better!

jeski responds:

If you check him out on youtube or sethcomedy.com there is a versian by him that he has animated (original)!

I give you a '1' just cause. . . .

Anything that has a deer getting screwed is funny, but otherwise, it's a waste of everyone's time. You can clearly draw and know how do make animation, so why not do something more productive, although, you may not care, considering what you wrote, so I suppose I'm just wasting my breathe.

peanutbutterclawk responds:

You're just a Stiffly Stiffheimer.

I am a sucker for sprite movies. mainly cause its interesting to see what people will/can do with characters from the past that we love and remember dearly(or not so). I also appreciate good animations from time to time too(Final Fantasy A++ is awesome!)
